Register & Submission

Submission of Abstract and Full Paper

[IMPORTANT] To submit an abstract, authors must create an account first (Register). Do not forget to click author. Then they can submit their abstracts or full paper by logging in to their account (then click User home). The abstract and/or manuscript (full paper) can be submitted directly after authors register to the system. You can also submit abstract first. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and Letter of Invitation (LoI) can be downloaded directly from your account once your abstract is accepted to be presented at the conference. Since there is a technical problem, the process of submitting and sending the proof of payment is done through the committee’s email at icla.fbsunp2018@gmail.com.

Sehubungan dengan ada kesalahan teknis pada server UNP, proses pengiriman naskah dan bukti transfer dilakukan melalui email panitia icla.fbsunp2018@gmail.com.

Panduan Pengiriman untuk Penulis
Berikut prosedurnya:

  1. Buat akun baru (Klik menu “Register” pada form di bawah. Jangan lupa mengklik “author”.
  2. Login ke akun anda (menu utama “Login”) kemudian klik “user home”
  3. Kirimkan abstrak Anda. Isi data pada form di bawah ini. Kopikan abstrak pada ruang yang disediakan. Upload file abstract dan/atau full paper (jika sudah ada).
  4. Gunakan Template of Full Paper: template saat mengirimkan full paper.
  5. Tunggu sampai panitia mengumumkan hasil seleksi abstrak (diperkirakan 2-3 hari)
  6. Setelah pengumuman penerimaan abstrak, silahkan kirim full paper, lakukan pembayaran dan upload bukti pembayaran melalui sistem online kami (cc melalui email panitia)
  7. Tunggu sampai panitia mengumumkan hasil review full paper untuk diterbitkan di Atlantis Press.
  8. Revisi full paper Anda sesuai dengan ulasan, dan unggah kembali melalui sistem online kami (TIDAK email)
  9. Tunggu sampai pengumuman akhir penerimaan full paper untuk dipublikasikan

Payment of Registration Fee
[IMPORTANT] After making the payment, author MUST upload the payment proof through their account (NOT Email). Author can upload by logging in to the online system. Payment receipt can be downloaded directly from your account once your payment is confirmed by the committee.
